Winter Pumpkin Smoothie


Ingredients

1 cup non-dairy milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)

¼ cup pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling)

½ ripe banana

1 tsp pumpkin spice

2 Tbsp raw cacao nibs

1 Tbps coconut oil

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Sun Warrior)

3 ice cubes

Directions

Of course you can add any of the goodies you usually add to your morning smoothie—chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, turmeric powder, etc etc. But this makes for a great start! Blend and enjoy!
