Thrive Coleslaw


Ingredients

  • ½ medium cabbage shredded
  • Equal amount carrots, shredded
  • 1 large sweet organic apple, shredded
  • ½ c raw pecans
or walnuts
    (roast gently if you wish)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl & blend well
  • Best to make in advance so flavors can blend

Notes

variations

  • Add shredded zucchini
  • Replace nuts with
 toasted pumpkin seeds
  • Replace apple with grapefruit slices
  • Replace red cabbage for white
