Honey Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp raw local honey

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients together & cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes until the raspberries break down & thicken slightly
  • Pour mixture through a mesh strainer, pushing with the back of a spoon to extract juice
  • Discard seeds

Notes

• Serve over pancakes or with plain yogurt
