Honey Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
2
cups
frozen or fresh raspberries
1
tbsp
water
1
tsp
raw local honey
Instructions
In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients together & cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes until the raspberries break down & thicken slightly
Pour mixture through a mesh strainer, pushing with the back of a spoon to extract juice
Discard seeds
Notes
• Serve over pancakes or with plain yogurt
