I use unsweetened vanilla

pumpkin puree
NOT pie filling
½
ripe banana
1
tsp
pumpkin spice
2
tbsp
raw cacao nibs

Tbps coconut oil
1
scoop vanilla protein powder
I like Sun Warrior

ice cubes
Instructions
Of course you can add any of the goodies you usually add to your morning smoothie—chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, turmeric powder, etc etc. But this makes for a great start! Blend and enjoy!
