Do It Yourself Granola


5 cups


2½ cups rolled oats
1½ cups mixed nuts & seeds, raw (ex. sunflower & pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts)
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup maple syrup
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup raisins


 Heat oven to 300F
• In a large bowl combine oats, nuts & seeds, coconut, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla &maple syrup
• Toss well & spread the mixture on a baking sheet & bake approximately 30 minutes,stirring occasionally
• Remove the pan from the oven, add the raisins & cool & store in the refrigerator


 Any combo of raw seeds & nuts: sunflower, pumpkin, sesameseeds, walnuts, almonds, pecans or cashews
• Replace raisins with organic dried fruit of your choice
