Ingredients
- 2 cup raw pumpkin seeds perhaps create a seed combo such as sesame and/or sunflower
- 1 cup good quality dark chocolate chopped Whole Foods 365 70% Chocolate Chunks
- parchment paper
Instructions
- Bake seeds for 5-10 minutes on a baking sheet at 300 degrees until lightly toasted
- While pumpkin seeds are toasting place chocolate in a mixing bowl
- Add hot toasted seeds to chocolate & stir
- Spread mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet & freeze until hard
- Break into pieces & serve

Variations
- Add any combo of the following ingredients to the dark chocolate before adding the hot seeds:
- Do not exceed ¼ c of additional ingredients
- Cinnamon or other spices
- Organic dried fruit
- Your favorite nuts, chopped
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
