Do-It-Yourself Granola
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 2½ cups rolled oats
- 1½ cups mixed nuts & seeds raw (ex. sunflower & pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts)
- ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¾ cup raisins
Instructions
- Heat oven to 300F
- In a large bowl combine oats, nuts & seeds, coconut, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla &maple syrup
- Toss well & spread the mixture on a baking sheet & bake approximately 30 minutes,stirring occasionally
- Remove the pan from the oven, add the raisins & cool & store in the refrigerator
Notes
• Any combo of raw seeds & nuts: sunflower, pumpkin, sesameseeds, walnuts, almonds, pecans or cashews • Replace raisins with organic dried fruit of your choice
