Do-It-Yourself Granola

  • cups rolled oats
  • cups mixed nuts & seeds raw (ex. sunflower & pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts)
  • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup raisins


  • Heat oven to 300F
  • In a large bowl combine oats, nuts & seeds, coconut, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla &maple syrup
  • Toss well & spread the mixture on a baking sheet & bake approximately 30 minutes,stirring occasionally
  • Remove the pan from the oven, add the raisins & cool & store in the refrigerator


• Any combo of raw seeds & nuts: sunflower, pumpkin, sesameseeds, walnuts, almonds, pecans or cashews • Replace raisins with organic dried fruit of your choice
