Honey Raspberry Sauce
Servings 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp raw local honey
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients together & cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes until the raspberries break down & thicken slightly
- Pour mixture through a mesh strainer, pushing with the back of a spoon to extract juice
- Discard seeds
Notes
• Serve over pancakes or with plain yogurt
