Salad Dressing 101
Servings 1 cup
Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl add vinegar, mustard, dried herbs, salt & pepper & whisk until combined
- Slowly whisk in olive oil until fully combined
- Store extra dressing in the refrigerator
Notes
• The basic formula is 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar/acid
• Experiment with different herbs, spices, vinegar, citrus juices & oils to create your own desired dressing
