Ingredients
- 1/2 medium cabbage shredded
- equal amount carrots shredded
- 1 large sweet organic apple shredded
- 1/2 cup raw pecans or walnuts (roast gently if you wish)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl & blend well
- Best to make in advance so flavors can blend
Notes
Variations
- Add shredded zucchini
- Replace nuts with toasted pumpkin seeds
- Replace apple with grapefruit slices
- Replace red cabbage for white
