  • 1/2 medium cabbage shredded
  • equal amount carrots shredded
  • 1 large sweet organic apple shredded
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans or walnuts (roast gently if you wish)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl & blend well
  • Best to make in advance so flavors can blend



  • Add shredded zucchini
  • Replace nuts with toasted pumpkin seeds
  • Replace apple with grapefruit slices
  • Replace red cabbage for white
