Winter Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk I use unsweetened vanilla
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree NOT pie filling
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 1 Tbps coconut oil
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I like Sun Warrior
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Of course you can add any of the goodies you usually add to your morning smoothie—chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, turmeric powder, etc etc. But this makes for a great start! Blend and enjoy!
