Winter Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk I use unsweetened vanilla
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree NOT pie filling
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbps coconut oil
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I like Sun Warrior
  • 3 ice cubes


  • Of course you can add any of the goodies you usually add to your morning smoothie—chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, turmeric powder, etc etc. But this makes for a great start! Blend and enjoy!
